That Dodge changed the door handles on the 2011-up Challengers.

Kinja'd!!!

Pre-2011 were very small and flimsy, you could lose grip of it very easily. Those doors ain’t light either.

Kinja'd!!!

Post-2011 are as easy to grip as any other door handle.

I wish they would’ve kept the square handle style from the original challenger and on the concept. Those were cool and fairly unique.

The earlier ones were some kind of corporate parts-bin deal. I think my father-in-law’s old Durango had the same ones. The later ones are a hell of a lot better looking, too.

I am glad they redesigned the handle, but I’m stumped why they couldn’t use the ones from the Charger and 300, which are easier to grip, and have the unlock button (if equipped with proximity keys) a a natural thumb position rather than the odd placement on top here.
